Abstract In this interview, the Association of Veterinarian Women - ADMV is presented by its President: Rebecca Bragadin. The ADMV mission is the "... promotion and protection of human, civil, social and public rights, promotion of equal opportunities and mutual aid initiatives" of women. The interviewee highlights the importance of personally supporting the positions of women acting through any means against the gap between genders. This gap concerns the remuneration, the poor social security protection of women in private work and their low presence in managerial roles in public and private administration. Despite of the Pandemic, The Women Veterinary Association was able to follow several projects in the field of cultural activities and the protection of the category. Cultural activities focused on the natural medicine, information meetings on food inspection, dealing with issues relating to the physical and mental well-being of veterinarians. On a professional level, relationships have been established with women veterinarians operating abroad, in particular in Afghanistan so that they could leave the country together with their families, staff members and animals. An important activity was aimed at ensuring better interdisciplinary collaboration between human and animal medicine, from a One Health perspective, providing new graduates with adequate guidance.
