Abstract Farming, like any other economic sector, needs a set of indicators to regulate and monitor the post emergencies phases, in order to support the mitigation actions implemented. In the present project, a set of indicators (animal species, production, size of the herds, level of damaging of the buildings, etc.) have been initially used in order to rank the farms and define criteria for the attribution of priority of intervention (supply of temporary shelters, tunnel farms, etc.). Following this post seismic emergency phase, other indicators have been identified and used to evaluate the impact of the temporary solutions supplied to the farmers on the animal welfare and health status. For this porpoise two web applications have been developed: EMERGENZA 2.0 and San.Ben.Bio.Farm, finalized to gather data about animal welfare, animal health, biosecurity and drug usage within the farms.
