Abstract   The editorial: "A network for the pyramid of researchers: mixed teams and scientific communities of reference for crowdsourcing", is an open document that provides for an interaction with readers, using the Hypothesis.is application. The paper is about the launch of the Italian Ministry of Health "Research Pyramid project". The activity of the participants in this project is devolved into two specific sectors: 1 - scientific articles production (their insertion on adequate scientific journals connected to the disciplinary communities suitable on the citation level) and also, 2 - the acquisition of competitive grants directly linked to the Institute research objectives involved in the project and to the needs of the connected territory. For this reason, a suitable organization of the human resources involved is proposed. This in order to create effective research teams characterized by different missions and aptitudes in terms of scientific production. The integration of the scientific libraries, editorial functions and training distributed resources, allows to set up a network like structure for articles and research projects writing, also supported by crowdsourcing if needed. In this way it may be easier to get employment stabilization, in the medium term, for most of young participants at the Pyramid Research Project of Italian Ministry of Health.
