Abstract   Data related to isolation of enteropathogenic bacteria from human clinical cases, animals, food and environment in the year 2019 in Umbria region are reported. A total of 165 Salmonella and 257 Campylobacter isolates from human infections were reported to the Regional Reference Center of Perugia. Salmonella Typhimurium and its monophasic variant are the most frequently isolated serotypes (10.9% and 43.6% respectively). Campylobacter jejuni is the most frequent species (87,5%) in the cases of human campylobacteriosis. As regards human isolates, frequency, distribution by age, rate of hospitalization, source of isolation, probable association with travel or food consumption are detailed. Almost all enteropathogenic bacteria of non-human origin notified are represented by strains of Salmonella (n. 174). Monophasic variant of Salmonella Typhimurium and Salmonella Derby are the most frequently isolated from food. Non-human strains are divided by origin and source of isolation. The results of the antibiograms carried out on all Salmonella strains of human origin are also reported
