Abstract This paper deals with the transformation of the "Stories of Zoonosis" (Micro Epidemic One Health Project, 2021-2023) into a visual novel, making use of the Twine software. Thanks to this particular editorial channel it is possible to share with a large number of readers, information and research activities results, regarding treatment and management of zoonoses outbreaks. These are narratives with didactic purposes, often as in the case of the librogame or book game. In visual novels, inserting divergences in the flow of the story can highlight alternative developments of the zoonoses, simulating interactive games. These modifications, which can be suggested by comments and insights from peers participating in the Crowdsourcing, may have a considerable didactic and biomedical value. These narrations can be interpreted both as actual literary works and as 2D video games. In the Micro Epidemic One Health Project (2021 - 2023) the storytelling on zoonoses provides the narrative basis that can be used by communities of developers to create actual serious games. Storytelling thus becomes a strategic resource for information based on scientifically reliable resources that evolve according to the needs of readers. This makes it possible to develop educational resources for Professional Training / Onboarding in the veterinary field, particularly attractive for Software Houses or bioinformatics Start Up, operating in Continuing Education.
